General Function/Role Purpose:

The Manager, Business Intelligence, will lead account-focused data modeling and analytics initiatives to support the growth of the company's Enterprise customer base. This role is critical in advancing marketing strategy through deep customer segmentation, statistical modeling, and data science projects, such as predictive account scoring and attribution analysis. The Manager will synthesize diverse data sources into actionable insights, communicate findings to senior leadership, and guide a team of analysts to optimize marketing efforts, driving incremental business growth. This position also involves managing stakeholder relationships, fostering data proficiency, and ensuring the successful execution of multiple projects.

What You’ll Do:

Develop a deep understanding of ZoomInfo customers through segmentation, statistical modeling, and descriptive analysis to drive marketing strategy forward. Lead and execute key data science and modeling projects, including predictive account scoring, attribution analysis, and lifetime account value assessment. Synthesize first, second, and third-party data into actionable strategies and measurement objectives that propel marketing initiatives. Independently deliver customer and marketing insights as a player-coach, fostering optimization and incremental business growth. Simplify complex data and issues into clear, actionable recommendations, and communicate critical learnings to cross-functional stakeholders, including senior and executive leadership. Measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives from both a campaign perspective and a full marketing mix, aligned with key performance indicators. Manage relationships with stakeholders and business partners by understanding their needs, asking the right questions, and effectively communicating timelines and updates. Foster a deep understanding of data and systems, encouraging learning and proficiency in analytical tools among colleagues to enhance data accessibility and usage. Oversee multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery and building consultative partnerships with key stakeholders. Provide coaching and guidance to a team of analysts, prioritizing and delegating projects while helping them navigate challenges to achieve successful outcomes.

 

What You Bring:

Bachelor's Degree with 6+ yrs of experience working in a marketing, customer or product data-related capacity OR a Masters Degree with minimum of 5 yrs of experience working in a data-related capacity required 1+ years experience managing a high-performing team of individual contributors. Ability to guide and develop a team of analysts Proven-track record of influencing business decisions through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations Advanced analytical skills, with relevant experience in developing predictive models that were successfully put into practice by organizations Experience with ABM measurement and/or predictive account scoring models preferred Expertise in data tools and software, including: Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, BI/Data Visualization tools (Tableau preferred), CRM (Salesforce preferred) and marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred) Experience with Python, R or similar statistical or data science language Strong communication skills & the ability to influence (at all levels) when resistance is encountered, ensuring deliverables are completed on-time with high quality Self starter, work independently and autonomously  Ability to manage multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced environment, with a strategic and forward-thinking mindset

Below is the US base salary for this position. Additional compensation such as Bonus, Commission, Equity and other benefits may also apply.$128,000—$176,000 USD
