About the Job The Manager of Business Operations and Reporting Analytics is responsible for developing and managing all reporting and analytical processes for Business Operations. This role includes generating and optimizing both regular and ad-hoc reports, creating and implementing a reporting intake process, and conducting frequent, in-depth data analysis. The position supports Retail Operations by collaborating closely with and acting as a primary point of contact for other analysts within the Retail Operations team. This is a remote role that reports directly to the Vice President of Business Operations. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Develop and implement ongoing and exception reporting for Rental, Tailoring, Custom and Outreach Operations. Develop and execute intake process for all reporting requests. Periodically evaluate all current generated reports and edit based on business requirements. Develop central access point for all ongoing reporting relevant to Retail Operations. Collaborate with Retail Operations teams to create and deliver additional reporting as required, including ad-hoc requests. Monitor and report on KPIs, providing insights to stakeholders to support decision-making and ensuring alignment with company strategies. Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets related to sales and payroll metrics to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that improve labor optimization. Develop reports, visualizations, and presentations to communicate strategic findings and present insights as recommendations to key stakeholders to aid business decisions. Additional projects, tasks and reporting as needed. What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, or related field. 10+ years’ experience working within Analytics. Advanced Excel skills required, proficient with Microsoft Office product suite. Possess a strong background in business intelligence & reporting tools, such as MicroStrategy, Cognos, SAP, Oracle, or similar enterprise-grade platforms. Strong business acumen and analytical skills coupled with an ability to interpret data, communicate findings, and propose recommendations. Effective at evaluating situations and developing process improvement plans. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proven ability to balance competing priorities and secure resolution through interdepartmental collaboration. Ability to perform and remain organized in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 12% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
