Location Hybrid / New Westminster Campus / Coquitlam Campus Salary Range Salary Band 12 (Min: $99,050, Control Point: $132,066, Max: $145,273). Placement within a salary band is typically up to Control Point based on skills, experience and internal equity. The College may place over Control Point in limited circumstances. For more benefits information, click here. WHAT IT TAKES A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, project management, or a combination of education and experience. An MBA would be an asset. At least seven years’ related experience including a demonstrated track record with the complexities of major capital planning and project management in an institutional setting. Extensive knowledge of the principles of facilities planning, design, and construction of complex building types, and project management systems; excellent knowledge of building codes/applicable regulations. A professional designation in a related field would be an asset; PMP certification is preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of the Ministry’s capital asset reference guide and capital asset management framework.
