**Description**
The Manager, Paid Search will support the business in North America region and play an important role in accelerating our online business. This individual will join a team of growth marketers that are transforming our brand.com business and aiding in developing critical marketing capabilities for ELC.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategy & Execution:
+ Manage the strategic approach and execution of paid search investment across assigned brands within the portfolio in partnership with agency
+ Oversee experimentation, attribution, ROI measurement, and optimization
+ Manage and QA the product feed to find any missing product groups, titles, descriptions, etc.
+ Proactively identify new opportunities and build recommendations to maximize sales via new ad groups, ad copy testing, landing page optimizations, keyword expansion, bidding algorithms, etc. in partnership with agency
+ Build and execute testing roadmap in partnership with internal and external stakeholders. Constantly test new strategies to update and develop best practices.
+ Identify opportunities to reduce manual efforts and increase returns across the ELC portfolio
+ Create revenue forecasts on a daily/monthly/yearly level that are rooted in current and historical trends, along with an understanding of YoY media budgets and how that could impact delivery to total site goals
+ Constantly track and analyze the relationship between paid and organic search to identify opportunities for synergies and optimization
+ Work cross functionally with marketing channel leads on real time optimizations and pivots across the marketing mix to achieve brand goals
Account Management + Reporting:
+ Derive actionable insights from paid search performance and connect to holistic business trends/activations. Deliver weekly performance updates to stakeholders with an emphasis on how the channel supports macro business goals.
+ Comfortable with educating stakeholders on how paid search works and its best practices
+ Own all internal financial documents regarding paid search spend. Communicate with Brand, Finance, and Accounts Payable teams to understand any discrepancies, outstanding invoice payments, etc.
**Qualifications**
+ 5 years+ of hands-to-keyboard experience in performance marketing, primarily in Paid Search
+ Experience with tools like Skai, SA360, Google Analytics, Looker, and Google Merchant Center is required
+ Experience with Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, data visualization) is preferred
+ Agency experience highly preferred
+ Experience within the retail vertical is a plus, but not required
+ Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision
+ Strong work ethic, consistently going above and beyond to meet deadlines and achieve goals
+ Clear and concise communicator, able to convey ideas effectively both in writing and verbally
+ Motivated to take ownership of tasks and projects, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving
+ Ability to stay organized, focused, and productive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
**Pay Range:**
The anticipated base salary range for this position is **$82,500.00** to **$135,500.00** . Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
