Provides support in the achievement of organization wide strategic goals. Achieves gain sharing targets. Follows EAMC standards of behavior for leadership. Achieves technical and/or operational competencies in functional area. Clearly conveys information and ideas through a variety of media to individuals or groups in a manner that engages the audience and helps them understand and retain the message. Uses appropriate methods and a flexible interpersonal style to help build a cohesive team and facilitate the completion of team goals.

Age Group

●Neonate (Birth to 28 days)

●Pediatric (29 days - 16 yrs)

●Young Adult (17 - 40 yrs.)

●Middle Adult (40 -65 yrs.)

●Older Adult (age 66 & above)

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Education

●High School Diploma or GED

Minimum Experience

●Management experience

Required Registration/License/Certification

●BLS obtained within 90 days of hire

Preferred Education

●Associates degree

Preferred Experience

●3 to 5 years of managerial experience in functional area.
