Manager, Change Management & Communications

The Manager will be engaged in the development, implementation and execution of a variety of internal communications and channels that supports successful adoption of the new methodology and technology across the firm, as well as supporting the operational execution of the overall Change Management strategy. 
This is a 7 month contract to start with a strong possibility of extension. This is mostly a remote opportunity that requires the ability to work EST time zone, presence in our clients Downtown Toronto office would be preferred once a month to meet with the team.

Responsibilities:Communications Support and ExecutionDevelopment and execution of internal communications in support of CRM transformationSupport and influence organizational change aligned to the change management plan for CRM Transformation through effective communications strategiesProduce internal communications using a variety of channels (i.e. leadership speaking notes, Intranet articles, Q&As, key messages, emails, videos, video scripts, briefing documents, etc.) in multiple voices intended for different audiences and project personas Utilize strong attention to detail to capture the nuance required for different audiences, ensuring each communication is tailored for various areas of our businessSustain, ideate and execute the internal portal and other channels program for communications and training for CRM Transformation with a vision of continuous improvementCollaborate with the FOT Learning & Development Manager on training resources for an internal portal/intranet and other training communicationsCoordinate translation and distribution of communications materialsIterate on the communications strategy and content based on feedback as necessary through the projectChange Management Support and ExecutionExecute and support change management activities and logistics to achieve desired objectives and outcomes, including training and communications, adhering to the overall FOT Change Management strategy & planCollaborate with other Change team members (training, communications, etc.) to ensure overall effectiveness of the plan and support end users.Stakeholder & collaborate with supporting enablement teams to reflect a 360 perspective of the transformation in the change management efforts Your qualifications:5+ years of experience developing highly effective internal communications in a corporate environmentThis is a hands-on, fast-paced role that will require strong communication and collaboration skills with a strong motivation to get things done.Demonstrated experience developing bespoke communications plans that support change management goals across large organizationsAbility to develop communications with a Senior Leadership audience: concise, practical, and timelyClearly communicate complex content in a digestible way to a variety of audiences by using out-of-the-box tacticsStrong initiative, planning, prioritization and execution skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment while delivering high-quality workAptitude to build and maintain relationships in a matrix environmentStrong attention to detail – you can spot a typo a mile away!Flexibility to both contribute and collaborate as a team member and operate independently, with a focus on deliveryAssetsExperience in a Professional Services firm or Partnership-based organization an assetExperience contributing to the success of an organization-wide transformation project (CRM or Salesforce specific experience is even better!)CP style trained is an assetBilingual (French) an asset, but not a requirement
