As part of our Project Management team, what you do directly supports our mission; enabling our customers to make the world healthier, cleaner and safer! You will lead a team or people dedicated to this mission.
What will you do?
Lead a team of professionals within the Client Services Packaging Project Management department. The responsibilities of this position include establishing and meeting standards for the delivery, quality, cost, and safety of the Packaging Project Management and related services within the group. You will guide and mentor employees, interacting with clients, while encouraging an environment and culture of continuous improvement.

Education: Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years professional experience including supervising staff (or equivalent).

Requires supervision, management or equivalent leadership experience.Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Possesses the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical solutions.Proficiency in skills required to read, understand, and enforce to the SOPs and policies of a GMP environment.Physical Requirements
Position is administrative, is positioned in an office environment and requires standing, bending, reaching, walking, and talking.
