**Job Overview** Manage and support a team of Data Management professionals to produce databases that meet customer requirements. This role will serve as a people leader and also work as a Project Manager in clinical data management projects. **Essential Functions** + Review and guide Data Management deliverables (CRF/e-CRF, database design, validation, Data Management Plan). + Provide technical advice and solutions to internal and external customers. + Ensure staff training and compliance with procedures and project scope. + Identify and address staff development needs; mentor team members. + Provide operational input into proposals and participate in proposal defenses. + Hold bi-monthly meetings with direct reports to discuss project status, timelines, financials, risks, and training. + Develop and implement plans to improve employee engagement. + Collaborate with project leads on scheduling, staffing, and technological needs. + Communicate effectively between leadership and teams. + Serve as a substitute or ensure coverage during staff absences. + Participate in Bid Defenses, Kick-off Meetings, and support RFI/RFP and budgets. + Support internal and external audits and inspections. **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field. + 7 years of relevant experience in Clinical Data Management, including people management. + Advanced level of English + Advanced knowledge of Data Management processes and systems. + Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. + Effective mentoring and coaching skills. + Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills. \#LI-Remote IQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
