**Responsibilities**
This manager oversees infrastructure setup, automates provisioning and monitoring, and ensures compliance with security and performance standards.
We are seeking a **Manager, Cloud Infrastructure** to lead the design, deployment, and management of our cloud infrastructure. This role will oversee **infrastructure setup, automation, and monitoring** while ensuring compliance with **security, scalability, and performance standards** . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in **cloud technologies, automation, and infrastructure management** to support business needs effectively.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ **Infrastructure Management:** Oversee cloud infrastructure setup, ensuring scalability, availability, and security.
+ **Automation & Monitoring:** Implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automated monitoring solutions for operational efficiency.
+ **Security & Compliance:** Enforce best practices for cloud security, governance, and regulatory compliance.
+ **Performance Optimization:** Continuously improve infrastructure reliability, cost efficiency, and resource utilization.
+ **Collaboration & Leadership:** Partner with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Security, DevOps) to align infrastructure with business goals.
+ **Incident Management:** Lead troubleshooting and resolution of cloud infrastructure issues, ensuring high availability.
+ **Strategy & Innovation:** Stay updated on industry trends, evaluating and adopting new technologies for continuous improvement.
**Required Qualifications**
+ **Technical Skills:**
+ Strong expertise in **Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)** .
+ Proficiency in **IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)** .
+ Experience with **containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)** .
+ Knowledge of **CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks** .
+ **Security & Compliance:** Familiarity with **cloud security frameworks, identity & access management (IAM), and compliance standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, etc.)** .
+ **Problem-Solving & Leadership:** Ability to lead teams, manage priorities, and drive infrastructure strategy.
+ **Communication:** Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate across teams.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience with **hybrid or multi-cloud environments** .
+ Knowledge of **networking, storage, and cloud cost management** .
**Requirements**
Education:
+ High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
+ 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
