The Internal Communications and Branding Manager will report to the Head of Business Management and will be supporting the MBPS Senior Leadership Team in translating any strategic initiatives into messages and activities that are relevant at the enterprise and employee level. The role will deliver communications tailored to different internal audiences and in a range of communication delivery channels to most effectively deliver messages to a range of employee and stakeholder groups. BPO experience is a plus. + Relevant qualifications and accreditation an advantage + Knowledgeable of various internal communications technology to boost reach, engagement and effectivity. **Nice to Haves:**   + Bachelor’s degree in journalism, communications, public relations, marketing or other related field. + Minimum of 5 years of experience managing internal/ external communications, social media, public relations and marketing, preferred. Highly developed project and time management skills + Experience of working in fast-growing, multinational environments and adept in managing organisational change. + Thrive in and drive collaboration in a matrix organization. + Knowledge and understanding of communications practices, tools and techniques in social media. **On the job you will:**   + Develop, plan, implement and monitor the company’s internal communication strategy. + Develop a content communications plan and calendar for Manulife Business Processing Services + Develop and coordinate all voice of the company, executive and stakeholder communications activities + Write/create/produce regular content that informs, engages and motivates all employees and encourages feedback. + Ensure all communications channels enable employee feedback.
