SALARY: $100,000 - $118,750, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:
Great opportunity to join the Anheuser-Busch Commercial Organization in a high-priority market. This Commercial Manager covers Dallas and North Dallas markets of Texas. The home location is expected to be in Dallas, Texas. This position will lead all business routines and management of AB Portfolio, including Beer, Wine & Spirits and Non-Alcoholic beverages. The Commercial Manager will report to the Sr. Commercial Director for North Texas and work with the full North Texas commercial team to advance our priorities.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Commercial Manager will participate or lead planning sessions with the extended local and regional team: Wholesaler Partners, High End Sales, Beyond Beer, On Premise, Retail Partners, and Trade Marketing.
Lead Annual Wholesaler Joint Business Plan (WJBP) and Sales Execution Metrics.
Never completely satisfied: drive Local, Regional and National Initiatives through Wholesaler & internal partnerships for better planning and execution.
Monthly Wholesaler Routines: Wholesaler Planning & Performance Meetings / Blue-Print Investment (Sales and Marketing Co-op Budgets)
Spending significant time in market to understand opportunities and support the sell-in of initiatives, adapt plans as needed or develop new action plans in response to learnings.
Act as an owner over this territory to fully understand the business: market share, market pricing dynamics, brand and package priorities, competitive landscape, investments.
Innovation: product forecasting, launch planning and follow ups.
Overall wholesaler Incentive and Budget Management (Tracking)
Building strong relationships with key wholesaler personnel across each branch location.
Work efficiently by leveraging the tools available in Microsoft Teams and PowerBi.
JOB QUALIFACTIONS:
Bachelor’s degree.
Strong communication and follow-up, ability to give an engaging presentation.
Strong influencing, selling, and negotiating skills.
Strong knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBi Tools and Microsoft Teams.
At least 5 years of sales experience in the Consumer Package Goods industry.
Ability to analyze data, synthesize into solutions, and sell into execution.
Integrity, work ethic, quality of work and responsibility of decisions.
