As the Manager, Commercial Education, Therapy Advancement, you will:

Under the direction of the Senior Manager, Commercial Education, The Manager, Commercial Education, Therapy Advancement will work in close collaboration with business partners, primarily Therapy Advancement and the US Marketing Team to ensure optimal delivery of focused education for the Therapy Advancement team, ensuring a competitive advantage of Electrophysiology products/programs in this space. In partnership with US Commercial Marketing, this role will implement Commercial Education strategies to deliver on Electrophysiology’s US commercial objectives and the Therapy Advancement procedure growth initiatives.

As the Manager, Commercial Education, Therapy Advancement, you will:

A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required with an advanced degree (MS, MPH, PhD, MHA, MBA) in education is preferred.Must have Therapy Advancement experienceMust have 5 years of medical device experienceLead US Therapy Advancement training for Commercial Education to contribute to market expansion opportunities and activities on the value of cardiac ablation. Develop tools and programming to train the Therapy Advancement team to demonstrate the value of Electrophysiology in growing procedure volumes with our customers.Identify US Education and training Gaps and provides input and closely collaborates with professional education team members on tools/resources/programs needed to support reimbursement and market access.Execute logistical strategies that enable optimal Commercial Education opportunities for Electrophysiology Therapy Advancement needs.Work closely with multiple cross-functional partners, including Medical Affairs, Clinical Research, US Commercial Marketing, Professional Education, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal.Ensure that the Therapy Advancement team is fully trained on all aspects of Health Care Compliance (HCC).Develop US education opportunities to support Therapy Advancement initiatives and learning continuums.Serve as a resource for Therapy Advancement to monitor and measure key competencies for Therapy Advancement team members.Capture critical voice of customer (VOC) from internal/external partners to shape educational programs and tools.Partner with the North America Professional Education team to stay abreast of key US trends and impact to Therapy Advancement initiatives and Electrophysiology technologies.Oversee the work of commercial education associates to support commercial business objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred candidate will have a background and track record of success in physician education, health economics, or evidence-based medicine with an understanding of the US education trends. Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in medical device, pharmaceuticals, consulting or a payer, with at least 2 years of commercial support preferred.

A track record of success working in Education, market development, health economics, reimbursement, or health policy role. A collaborative attitude and ability to engage with multi-functional teams to provide input and influence decisions.Strong presentation and communication skills are required. Good analytical skills. Knowledge of data collection and review practices.Ability to communicate clearly and concisely; detailed, self-motivated and ability to work independently. Big picture oriented with the ability to understand the implications of reimbursement and market access trends that will affect commercial success.Ability to take evidence and other complex data and package it into easy to understand deliverables that can support commercial use. Ability to offer creative options for problem solving.Digital literacy required in Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $100,000 to $172,500. For the California Bay Area - The anticipated base pay range for this position is $114,000 to $197,800.

Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
