Description:
The Manager, Commercial Training & Development supports the design and development of training programs and content, in collaboration with internal stakeholders, aimed to advance our field sales leaders and representatives in the following areas: leadership development, product and disease-state training, operational training, soft skills and selling skills. This role will also measure the effectiveness of the training (via surveys, assessments, certifications, etc.), ensuring that training and programs contribute to the achievement of current and future objectives set forth by the organization. The Manager, Commercial Training & Development will also support the evaluation and implementation of available learning technologies, such as content creation, training and/or AI platforms, and will identify ways to incorporate these technologies to maximize program effectiveness.
Essential Functions:
