**Manager, Compensation & Benefits-ID/MY/SG** **BASIC FUNCTIONS** Responsible for developing, implementing and managing compensation and benefits programs to attract, reward and retain employees. **SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES** - Administer job analysis of all positions, including the maintenance of evaluation tools and design and coordination of procedures. - Develop total rewards strategies that attract and retain talent based on market and sector-specific benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and legally compliant - Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation and benefits policies and make recommendations for improvements - Design and implement total rewards packages, such as incentives, recognition programs, and promotions - Oversees payroll and employee benefits programs - Maintain liaison with compensation interest group and organizations and other companies to exchange information and keep abreast of new compensation development. - Manage and administration of Local, Regional and Global HR System, utilizes reports to provide the management appropriate statistics and analysis for financial and to improve work efficiency, ensure data accuracy in Global Systems. - Perform other assignments delegated by the Head of HR **Skills/Requirements** **EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS** - Bachelor’s degree in relevant disciplines.
