Job Summary:
\nReporting to our Director, HR Finance you will be responsible for preparing and updating the annual US labor budget, serving as the admin for the company 401(k) plan, and assisting with various HR and compensation related tasks. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with different departments.
\nThis is a hybrid position based in our Woodland Hills, CA office. You will be required to adhere to our hybrid work policy, working from our office Monday and Thursday plus one additional weekday on a weekly basis.

Job Responsibilities:
\n\nPrepare and update the annual US labor budget and quarterly forecasts\nPrepare quarterly US staff bonus accruals, payroll tax reports for the Tax Team, intercompany transfer pricing reports for the Accounting Team, and assist with the annual payroll audit\nManage weekly 401(k) uploads, review contributions and loan requests, send monthly termination lists, and assist with annual audits and Form 5500 filing\nDevelop and document audit procedures related to HR processes\nCollaborate with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams to optimize compensation practices and integrate them into broader talent management and financial planning processes\nEnsure compliance with compensation-related laws and regulations, stay updated on compensation trends, legislative changes, and best practices to maintain competitiveness and compliance\nSupport the preparation of monthly HR reporting packages, focusing on headcount and labor/payroll data trends for US employees\nMaintain employee “restricted insiders’” list, track Insider Trading course completion for new hires, and ensure correct stock trading designations monthly\nAssist with HR internal controls, including employee transfers or business title changes that impact stock trading designations, and ensure the accuracy of new hire information in HRIS, such as pay rate and business title\nAssist with the annual California Pay Data Report filing\nHelp with any ad hoc projects for the HR Team\n\nJob Requirements:
\n\n5+ years of experience with compensation, 401k, and HR reporting with a public company. IPO experience a plus.\nBachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance\nStrong qualitative and analytical skills, including manipulating data, querying, and reporting, required\nIncludes ability to analyze and research compensation trends and partner with appropriate internal and external resources\nAbility to interact with and influence senior executives to successfully deliver reporting results and recommendations related to strategy, design or outcomes\nDemonstrated attention to detail, professional attitude, and ability to maintain confidentiality and data privacy\nAbility to work independently in a remote setting and collaborate effectively with cross-functional team\nExperience with HRIS software\nExperience with Power BI nice to have\n\nWhat We Offer You:
