Your work environment at EXP
EXP’s Brampton office is currently searching for a Manager, Construction Services. You will be responsible for management, business development, and providing client support and supervision of field staff. The individual will also be required to independently manage and supervise projects during the construction stage, either in capacity of Project Manager or Contract Administrator.

What your experience looks like
Bachelor’s Degree in either Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Professional Engineer License, P.Eng is required. PMP certification will be considered as an asset. Minimum 8 years’ experience supervising and leading team of site professionals. Experience in municipal linear and vertical projects such as stormwater, water and wastewater. Have extensive knowledge of current construction means and methods, scheduling, estimating, and engineering principles and techniques. Have extensive knowledge in business development and proposal writings. Be familiar with materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances. Demonstrate management know-how, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Have ability to communicate well – both verbally and in writing. For the protection of our staff and to meet the needs of our clients, our group has introduced a mandatory vaccine policy.
