Principal Responsibilities

In this role you will

Formulate and implement Personal Loans business strategies and new initiatives to achieve business targets on acquisition and portfolios to foster sustainable growth in loan balances, revenue and market shareCollaborate with Risk team on credit policy refinement to balance risk and return as well as ensuring regulatory requirements are metActively work with various stakeholders including channels, marketing, operations and underwriting on application flow and process for a customer centric and cost-effective journeyWork closely with data analytics team to develop business insights, identify business gaps and opportunitiesMonitor the market dynamic and competitive activities to keep abreast of the product trends, pricing and offers, and customers’ expectations
