Manager, Content Capability

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Content COE and stakeholders to address pain points in end-to-end content management, from planning and creation to review, tagging, and distributionIdentify, evaluate, and implement new global and local content capabilitiesLead content lifecycle management efficiency and effectiveness dashboard development with commercial operations & analytics team to track content lifecycle performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive actionable insightsContinue to enhance and iterate content taxonomy and auto-tagging capability to improve content accuracy, searchability and efficiencyDevelop and deliver training programs to onboard stakeholders onto new content capabilities; gather feedback to improve adoption and usabilityMonitor the performance of implemented content capabilities, establish KPIs, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvementAct as the subject matter expert and primary point of contact for global content capabilities-related inquiriesTake on ad-hoc content-related projects and assignments to support evolving business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.Experience with content management tools and platforms (familiarity with Veeva PromoMats or similar tools is preferred).Strong English verbal and written communication skillsProven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and with diverse stakeholdersExperience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is preferred but not mandatoryCapability to lead initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive adoption of new tools and processesFamiliarity with metadata standards, taxonomy design to enhance content management efficiencyData-driven mindset with the ability to make decisions using analytics
