Manager, Content Operations
The Manager, Content Operations will lead the development and implementation of efficient content processes and systems across Skechers' multi-brand ecosystem. This role will focus on optimizing content workflows, managing content technologies, and ensuring seamless content operations across all channels. The position will work closely with various teams to streamline content creation, management, and distribution processes.

Essential Job Results

Key Responsibilities:

Content Workflow Optimization:Design, implement, and continuously improve end-to-end content workflows across all channels and brands.Identify inefficiencies in current processes and develop solutions to enhance productivity.Standardize content operations procedures across teams and departments.Technology Management:Oversee the selection, implementation, and management of content-related technologies, including Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, and workflow tools.Collaborate with IT to ensure proper integration of content systems with other business platforms.Manage vendor relationships for content technologies.Content Governance:Develop and maintain content governance policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, legal requirements, and industry regulations across all content.Implement version control and content archiving strategies.Cross-functional Collaboration:Work closely with departments to align content operations with business objectives.Collaborate with the Jr Project Manager, Content to ensure smooth execution of content projects.Training and Documentation:Develop and conduct training programs on content processes and tools for relevant teams.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all content operations procedures.Performance Measurement:Establish KPIs for content operations efficiency and effectiveness.Regularly analyze and report on content operations performance, identifying areas for improvement.Budget Management:Manage the budget for content operations, including technology investments and operational costs.Provide cost-benefit analysis for proposed content operations initiatives.Team Leadership:Provide guidance and mentorship to the content operations team, including the Jr Project Manager, Content.Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation in content operations.Content Scalability:Develop strategies to scale content operations efficiently as the business grows.Ensure content processes can adapt to new channels, markets, or product lines.

Additional Responsibilities

Support international teams with content operations best practices.Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, providing new ideas for process improvements and improved efficenciesOther duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of content management systems, DAM systems, and workflow tools. Experience in process improvement and change management. Knowledge of content creation and distribution processes across various digital channels. Excellent project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the fashion or footwear industry is beneficial. Familiarity with agile methodologies is a plus.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.5+ years of experience in content operations or similar roles.

The annual salary range for this position is $95,000-$125,000 USD.
