WebMD is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Contract Manager/Legal Coordinator. The applicant will be responsible for drafting, negotiating and processing contracts supporting the sales team, as well as the creation, negotiation, tracking and execution of supporting documents, namely NDAs, DUAs, TPAs, MSAs, DPAs, and similar. The Contract Manager will "own" each contract and be responsible for its accuracy and for addressing and documenting all product and business exceptions. Responsibilities include: Draft, review, and redline timely, accurate contracts in accordance with standard contracting process, with a focus on adhering to business rules and coordinating internal approvals.Act as liaison with the Legal department in the review of documents.Track and provide status on open contract negotiations. Provide consistent communication with sales, sales operations and management in order to set timing expectations and to address updates and changes to programs.Quickly learn the core nuances of the online advertising/healthcare industry and associated business issues.Provide administrative support to the business.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. 3-5 years related contracts experience. Legal background/law school preferablePharma and healthcare knowledge is also preferable.Online publisher or online advertising agency experience preferable.  Experience using Salesforce.com is a plus.Must be very detail oriented with strong analytical skills. Strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and adhere to strict deadlines.  Must be responsible, accountable and result-driven. Excellent organization and communication skills. G-Suite, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
