Key Responsibilities Draft, revise and negotiate contracts with Global Industrial’s vendors and customers (commercial and government). Manage a portfolio of contracts with Global Industrial’s customers (commercial and government), including but not limited to pricing/rebate agreements, master purchase agreements, NDAs, purchase orders, and other agreements. Review, analyze, and respond to complex Requests for Information for both government and commercial bids. Manage existing contract systems and processes; enter contracts into the contracts database, perform periodic audits and ensure data quality and integrity of systems. Enforce Global Industrial’s contract review and management policies. Review requests to modify contracts, while working with internal business partners to negotiate terms and obtain approvals for modifications as required, always balancing the risks and Global Industrial’s needs. Be a champion for a better, faster and simpler way of doing things. Perform other related duties as assigned. Competencies and skills Excellent oral/written communication, presentation, negotiation, organizational skills. Bachelor’s degree. Minimum two years of experience in contract management. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint), Adobe and Smart Sheets. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills including the ability to easily convey concepts and priorities to colleagues, customers and cross-functional teams required. Excellent oral and written communication skills required. Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills required. Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision required.
