Job Description Develops, plans and execute advocacy programs to promote Globe sustainability and corporate citizenship. Establish strategic partnership with select NGOs, Government agencies, start ups and institutional organizations in executing programs. Conducts regular reviews of partners and their contribution to the advocacy program. Determine measure of success for programs through impact assessment in communities of practice. Utilizes Globe core competencies in all development programs.

DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Develops and maintains advocacy programs anchored on company stakeholders’ material issues that will strengthen corporate brand positioning as a purposeful brand, drive brand love, and uplift customer engagement. Leverages on data and insights to create and drive programs that will differentiate the corporate brand from competition.  Maximizes and optimizes company resources and partnerships to innovatively implement advocacy programs while adhering to sustainability principles and adhering to high standards of  governance. Scouts for the best partners and resource talents to promote advocacy programs and deliver sustainable impact. Always looking out for new trends and partnership opportunities that will advance the corporate advocacies. Closely monitors impact of advocacy programs and quickly adjusts project implementation to meet program requirementsCollaborate with the Analytics and Intelligence Division to analyze program reports and effectively apply learnings to future advocacy engagements.Work with closely with communication teams to ensure advocacy program visibility and maximize promotion opportunities
