Position: Manager, Corporate Finance

Location: Dallas, TX

Job Description:

As the Manager of Corporate Finance, you will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and providing strategic insights to senior management. Reporting to the Director, FP&A, you will play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategies and ensuring the alignment of financial initiatives with our overall business goals.

Core Responsibilities & Duties:

Support the development and maintenance of financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic decision-making for the corporate cost centers Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze financial data, providing insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and executive summaries for senior management, Board of Directors and other stakeholders. Participate in the development of financial strategies, long-term planning, and capital allocation decisions Assist in evaluating potential investments, mergers and acquisitions, and other strategic initiatives through financial analysis and due diligence Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and economic factors that could impact the company's financial position Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 5 years of progressive experience in finance roles, including experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, or corporate finance Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and using financial software tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to various stakeholders Experience in evaluating investment opportunities and conducting financial due diligence Understanding of financial markets, economic trends, and industry dynamics Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complex financial projects

Skills:
