There is no relocation support available for this position!
**Core Responsibilities**
Our focus is to transform financial data into insights, driving transparency in decision-making for top management. You will play a vital role in this, co-owning our financial reporting deliveries and collaborating broadly with finance colleagues around the world. It's a highly dynamic role and you will be expected to:
+ Leverage, analyze, and extract insights regarding financial performance to drive recommendations and help steer the company
+ Prepare and synthesize insights for senior management - Group CFO, Executive Leadership Team and the Board of Directors
+ Lead standard deliverables such as end-to-end monthly performance management reporting, from analysis to storyline creation to presentation
+ Connect actual performance with financial outlooks and scenarios to provide relevant insights which form the foundation for management decisions
+ Work with short-, medium- and long-term strategic priorities and support the continued development of our reporting, incl. digitalization
+ Prepare deep-dive presentations for leadership team, reacting to ongoing developments – both internally and externally
**Play your part in our team succeeding**
Corporate Reporting & Planning is part of the group Finance team and responsible for financial performance management, including reporting, planning, estimates, and continuous process improvement.
You will be part of a highly ambitious and dynamic team consisting of 15 colleagues, of which 6 are dedicated to reporting. Our overall aim is to build value and drive business impact for our leadership through strong financial competence and business understanding. We collaborate closely with all Finance departments across the organization. You will experience a steep learning curve, get a deep end-to-end understanding of the financial performance, and play an important part in delivering and elevating our financial reporting.
**Do you have, what it takes?**
A Master's degree or equivalent experience in Economics, Finance or similar combined with a background from Finance or Audit.
**Moreover, we seek for a person, who:**
+ has minimum of 4 years' experience in a global organization, preferably with some experience within either FP&A or Business Finance.
+ can convert data and information into insights, choices and recommendations, making valuable contributions to the business.
+ has a strong business understanding and can explain causality and translate the impact into business performance
+ can capably and comfortably present insights to senior leaders, adjusting style and key messages to the audience.
+ has the ability and the desire to learn and grow, both personally and professionally.
+ are an advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint, and potentially have experience with SAP BPC, Power BI or similar.
+ speaks and writes English fluently.
