The Role:

As part of the Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise (COE), the Corporate Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leveraging data analytics and process mapping to optimize our recruiting processes, tools, and overall talent acquisition efforts. This role will collaborate with HR Technology, Talent Management and other COE’s as well as partner closely with strategic HR Business Partners in providing a value-added level of support to business leaders and their teams across TMHCC.

Key Responsibilities:

Support and drive the Talent Acquisition Strategy for Tokio Marine HCC corporate experienced hires.Manage a small team of Talent Acquisition Specialists and Talent Advisors to focus on supporting corporate functions as well as national campus recruiting and overall candidate experience with specific, measurable performance goals.Using various recruiting dashboards and other talent acquisition data points, identify trends and areas of opportunity in the continuous development of recruiters to talent advisors.Design, implement, and execute recruiting strategies to identify, attract, and select both active and passive job seekers, in alignment with Performance-Based Hiring methodology.Serve as the Subject Matter Expert on ATS system (Workday) processes to include upgrades, effectiveness and optimization.Serve as a liaison with the international recruiting teams across the U.K. and Europe.Lead execution of full lifecycle recruiting to including sourcing, evaluating resumes, prescreening applicants, interviewing, performing reference checks, evaluating skills, and negotiating compensation packages.Oversee the elevation of candidate experience, identifying areas of improvement with deep impact. Review existing and new approaches to candidate interactions in partnership with the Candidate Experience Specialist.Provide regular insight into the health of the Talent Acquisition function through data. Provide a clear understanding of hiring trends, market changes to both HR leaders and Business leaders for their respective functions and/or areas. Work in partnership with Employee Relations and Legal to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Stay up to date on new laws impacting Talent Acquisition, updating processes and workflows as necessary.Provide regular hands-on coaching and guidance to all HR and Recruiting team members on talent acquisition processes and best practices.Partner with field recruiters to understand local and nuanced hiring trends, providing guidance on strategic approaches to remove barriers and drive consistency across the enterprise in Talent Acquisition.Provide assistance with other human resources functions, as needed.

Minimum Knowledge, Qualifications and Education Requirements:    

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (or related field) is required.6+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with 3+ years of management experience.Workday Recruiting experience is highly preferred, but not required.Proficiency with data analysis tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) reporting.Familiarity with process mapping software (Visio) and methodologiesExcellent written and verbal communications skills with an emphasis on confidentiality, tact, and diplomacy.Superior organizational and analytical skills; demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Knowledgeable of industry changes, legal updates, and technical developments related to applicable area of the Company's business to proactively respond to changing business environment.Advanced proficiency and experience using Microsoft Office package (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, Word)
