The Country Manager is responsible for the operational, technical, and sales activities across the country on behalf of the related business. Create and support a rewarding work environment while maximizing business revenue growth, operational efficiency, and profitability.
What You Will Do:
Develop the strategic regional business plan centered around growth, executable sales, and brand identity. Lead the local QE team in all aspects of their business management and personnel development. Communicate with the President and peers to share resources and ideas. Take management and strategy decisions to improve business performance. Prepare aggressive but attainable budgets and business plans. Act as the ABS ambassador to promote the ABS brand to customers. In-depth knowledge of the market and competitive landscape in order to identify and explore opportunities for growth (new services and acquisitions). Ensure competitive pricing in line with business guidelines. Support international sales activity. Minimize costs without compromising sales and service delivery. Ensure consistent service delivery according to customer feedback. Implement standard group processes in the country related to IT, HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance, etc., and ensure appropriate financial and process controls. Operate to the highest standards of ethics in accordance with the ABS Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct. Ensure a safe working environment and establish and maintain a safety culture. Identify, assess, develop, coach, and promote talent. Responsible for building a backlog, managing Accounts Receivable, cash flow, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and attaining the KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).What You Will Need:
Education and Experience
Bachelor's degree or recognized equivalent from an accredited university or equivalent business/quality-related experience. A minimum of seven (7) years of previous related industry experience. Appropriate certification and/or licenses in area of specialization as may be required. Prior experience in management systems certification will be a significant advantage. Able to coordinate and motivate teams toward a common goal. Able to translate strategy into pragmatic action plans and execute them. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills at all levels. Proficient with computers, both in preparing presentations and communications and in working with ABS QE’s operating platforms. Business experience in a technical service and/or consulting service industry. International exposure and flexibility, including travel. Perceptive of and responsive to multicultural environments. Energy to motivate teams to deliver as a way of life attitude. Ability to obtain working knowledge of the ABS Quality Evaluations Business Assurance System. Fluency in local language and English.It Would Be Nice If You Have:

Reporting Relationships:
Reports to the Vice President or President, ABS QE and may have individual contractor direct reports.
