We’re looking for a Manager, Creative Arcadia to join the Arcadia Team at Snap Inc! The Manager, Creative at Arcadia Creative Studio is tasked with leading and inspiring creative teams to design cutting-edge augmented reality (AR) applications for Snapchat and Spectacles that address real-world challenges and elevate user experiences. Central to this role is a deep understanding of consumer behavior and a commitment to continually evolving how technology interacts with and enhances daily life. As a conceptual thinker, the Manager, Creative grounds every idea in cultural relevance and innovative thinking, ensuring that each solution is fresh, impactful, and avoids conventional approaches. Delivering award-winning work, both individually and through collaboration with teams, is a primary goal.
In this role, the Manager, Creative is instrumental in shaping Arcadia’s creative vision and driving transformative business outcomes. This includes building and leading high-performance teams with specialized AR expertise and ensuring that all projects meet high-priority objectives while delivering measurable value at a rapid pace. The role requires being hands-on and client-facing, establishing trust with clients and stakeholders while managing complex, high-stakes projects effectively. Advocacy for diversity, inclusion, and open dialogue is a core responsibility, infusing these principles into team dynamics and client engagements to foster a creative and inclusive environment.
What you’ll do
Position Arcadia Creative Studio as a leading force in the industry through innovative and boundary-pushing creative work.
Provide creative leadership across all accounts and act as a strategic and conceptual leader on projects, setting professional standards for the team and department.
Be hands-on and client-facing, trusted to deliver high-priority projects that create meaningful value at a rapid pace.
Utilize storytelling skills to simplify complex AR concepts and make them easy to understand using data, copy, art, and technology.
Contribute to strategic development of a well-defined creative brief and additional briefing documents, and work directly with clients when necessary.
Collaborate with other departments to establish strategic and creative approaches for assignments, and work with tech teams to find opportunities for innovation.
Review creative ideas for their distinctiveness, relevance, and effectiveness, and work collaboratively to refine and improve concepts to deliver the highest standards.
Lead by example to inspire creative colleagues to generate world-class, pioneering ideas that conceptualize innovative solutions.
Creatively lead new business or partner pitches, responsible for ideas and creative work, and merchandise the team's functional expertise and achievements to relevant stakeholders.
Drive innovation across the organization, promoting a culture of creativity and collaboration that leads to the development of new products, services, and solutions.
Serve as a public ambassador for Arcadia, communicating the studio's story and the stories of partners.

Ability to foster trust and credibility with senior-level executives in and out of Snap.

Skill in communication and relationship-building, capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.
Ability to craft compelling pitch materials and strategy documents to gain executive alignment.
Skill in building strong deck writing and dynamic presentations.
Experience managing high-functioning teams across creative disciplines.
Experience across Augmented Reality projects and designs.
Ability to possess an entrepreneurial spirit and be a self-starter with a deep sense of accountability, creativity, resourcefulness, and a desire to collaborate.
Minimum qualifications:
8+ years of creative experience in a business setting with at least 3+ years in creative leadership roles.
An excellent portfolio that spans digital, experiential, retail, product/service design, and storytelling.
Demonstrated creative success in leading collaborative multi-functional teams, including project planning, to winning a number of industry recognized awards.
Leadership experience across global markets.
Ability to travel 20% across regions.

Compensation
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
