Job Description The Creative Strategy and Production Manager will play a pivotal role in amplifying Globe's corporate brand through innovative and data-driven creative assets. This person will craft strategic and compelling materials that resonate with our audience, drive brand loyalty, and set us apart from the competition. His/her expertise will help elevate our corporate brand's reputation by producing timely and cost-effective content. His/her strategic communication channel plans ensures we effectively engage our stakeholders. He/she will scout for top partners and talents to deliver high-quality outputs and stay ahead of industry trends to seize new marketing opportunities. Collaborating closely with our Analytics and Intelligence team, he/she will monitor performance and adapt strategies to meet our communication goals, ensuring that his/her work consistently drives impactful results.

DUTIES & AND RESPONSIBILITIES 

Develops creative assets anchored on strategic communication plans that will amplify the creative insight  - further supporting key messages that strengthen corporate brand positioning as a purposeful brand, drive brand love, and uplift customer engagement. Leverages on data and insights to produce creative and practical materials that will differentiate the corporate brand from competition.  Helps manage reputational capital by developing timely creative materials in both efficient and cost-effective manner.Maximizes and optimizes channel planning to reach and engage corporate stakeholders. Scouts for the best partners and resource talents to produce communications materials at cost effective rates while assuring quality output. Always looking out for new trends and creative marketing opportunities that will highly benefit the corporate brand. Closely monitors impact of creative assets and quickly adjusts materials to meet communication objectives.Collaborate with the Analytics and Intelligence Division to analyze performance reports and effectively apply learnings to creative assets in the pipeline for development.
