Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts Receivables and Credit & Collection teams.

The role will be responsible in managing the daily operations of US & Canada Credit particularly on cash collection, credit review, cash application, credit reconciliation, FSS Support (resale tax management & vendor maintenance)

The role will engage with internal business partners (Sales, Purchasing) in order to optimize performance

Work on issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives

Oversee, review and implement strategic policies when selecting robust methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to meet agreed performance levels/outcomes

Review and implement strategic policies when selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results

Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and excellence in service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. 

Proven 5 years experience in a managerial or leadership role overseeing Accounts Receivables and Credit & Collection functions.

Strong understanding of billing, invoicing, credit management, and collection processes.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with ERP systems and financial software applications (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) preferred.

Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and compliance requirements (e.g., Fair Debt Collection Practices Act).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities

Open to work in the night shift

Open to work on a hybrid set-up (McKinley Hill office)
