What the day will look like
Reporting to the line manager, job scope includes but is not limited to the following:
+ Manage strategic clients by providing solutions and support in the daily tasks independently
+ Undertake broking and placement of products to the insurance market
+ Advise and negotiate with clients, insurers and stakeholders
+ Play a key part in delivering team New Business budget and achieve team goals of growth, profitability & market share
+ Develop and maintain own leads and opportunities; penetrate existing business; cross sell within Aon
+ Identify and implement Singapore sales strategies, initiatives & events in liaison with Head of Department, Regional Business Development Director, Singapore Business Sales & Marketing team, Marketing Department and/or others as required
+ Know, understand and accurately utilize the products and insurers available in the market
+ Develop and implement strategic digital marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and content distribution
+ Create and manage an editorial calendar to deliver targeted, high-performing digital content
+ Track and analyse prospect behaviours and trends to continuously optimize marketing campaigns
+ Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, including ROI and key KPIs
+ Collaborate with the team to ideate and execute innovative growth strategies and marketing techniques
+ Accurate and timely maintenance of reporting and forecasting
+ Help identify, develop and implement efficient team operational sales & marketing processes
+ Guide and coach junior colleagues including training & advice to improve performance and development
+ Build successful long-term business relationships & professional network
+ Ensure regulatory and corporate compliance standards are met at all time
+ Support team as required for any tasks as allocated
Skills and experience that will lead to success
+ Minimum 3 to 5 years relevant experience with experience in insurance/trade credit highly preferred
+ Degree in Banking/Finance/Insurance with understanding of the industry
+ Understanding and experience of general corporate business in Singapore &/or multinational environment
+ In-depth knowledge of current digital trends
+ Experience in digital marketing; SEO and SEM strategy and keyword research
+ Understanding of website analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
+ Possess excellent oral, written, interpersonal, presentation and marketing skills
+ Attention to detail, pro-active and results orientated
+ Possess strong negotiation skills
+ Possess good analytical mind with strong business acumen
+ Ability to develop and maintain business relationships
+ Willing to work hard to deliver results
+ Be highly reliable, adaptable to changes and a good team player
