The individual filling this role (Manager, CRM Analytics) will be part of a team managing campaign execution, campaign fulfillment and campaign tracking/analysis processes for US IWPB business. This includes partnering with our GAC Mexico Campaign Management team and providing leadership on all data processes related to customer communications, campaign analysis and campaign offer fulfillment
As our Manager, CRM Analytics you will:
Serve as a key Business Translator and liaison between business stakeholders requesting customer communications and the analysts charged with executing the campaignsPartner with stakeholders and Senior Manager, Campaign Management to manage the calendar of customer communications balancing team capacity with business needsPlay a key role in ensuring quality control processes within DA Campaign Management team are fit-for-purpose and followed in a way that supports error-free execution of customer communicationPartner with business stakeholders to design Marketing Campaign offers that are aligned with business objectives and can feasibly be executed and fulfilled by DA Campaign Management teamHelp to ensure tracking and analysis of customer communications and marketing campaigns is in place to facilitate evaluation of return on investment and ongoing learning to optimize subsequent CRM activityOther duties, as assigned.For this role, HSBC targets a pay range between $85,000.00 and $125,000.00
The final fixed pay offer will depend on the candidate and a number of variables, including but not limited to, role responsibilities, skill set, depth of experience and education, licensing/certification requirements, internal relativity, and specific work location.
