About the Role
Retain a sustainable business growth of existing portfolio by training and relationship building with agency and clients.Responsibilities:
Maintain and provide quality service to the accounts assigned via the agency or direct channelAchieve personal new business production and policy persistency targetProvide professional and technical expertise to agency and clientSolicit customer feedback for better customer satisfaction managementTrain and develop the capabilities of team members or subordinatesPerform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirementsRequirements:
Bachelor’s degreeAt least 3-5 years working experience in employee benefitGood communication skills to agency and clientGood personal skills to liaise with agency and clientProficient in English and Chinese, spoken and writtenOthers:
