Manager, CS Financial Strategy and Operations
The HubSpot Customer Success Strategy and Operations (CSSO) team is looking for a Global Manager, Contract Management Strategy & Operations to join our team. We are a group of analytical professionals looking to drive operational excellence and strategic decision making across HubSpot’s Customer Success organization. Primary responsibilities will focus on deeply understanding the Contract Management team, strategy, and impact to our customers, taking into account global demands and nuances, and developing and implementing cross-functional programs, processes, and tools to address key opportunities. In this role, you will drive tight alignment between Operations and Customer Success leadership at HubSpot, while ensuring Contract Management has access to the tools and data they need to effectively help our customers grow better.

You have the appetite to gain a full understanding of HubSpot’s business, along with the inner workings of the Customer Success organization. You are a collaborative leader, stakeholder manager and problem-solver who will work closely with members of Customer Success and RevOps.
In this role, you will:
Partner closely with CS leaders to drive global revenue retention in their organization at scale Act as a trusted advisor to the Contract Management leadership team in developing the go-to-market strategy and running the business Have depth of expertise in Contract Management strategy, processes, and data to co-create with leaders across functions Manage and develop analysts to define and drive data-driven customer renewal strategies from planning through execution. Partner with analysts to craft narratives around business and program performance ensuring we have the reporting infrastructure to answer any questions we may have about the businessWe are looking for people who:
You are a self-starter, who is motivated by problem-solving and taking ownership You are exceptionally analytical: able to identify trends and craft narratives on performance, passionate about taking ideas from initial analysis to execution, and have comfort and ease leveraging data to inform decision-making and to influence strategy You have a proven track record of professional success; industry experience in renewals, finance, strategy, operations, or consulting in the technology/SaaS industry preferred You have a record of effective people management and mentorship, specifically with analysts You’re highly skilled in stakeholder management or business partnership and have excellent communication skills that enable you to drive influence You have strong business consulting, strategic, analytical, organizational, and project management skills You operate well in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to the ever-evolving landscape of HubSpot’s financial priorities and requestsWe know the confidence gap and imposter syndrome can get in the way of meeting spectacular candidates, so please don’t hesitate to apply — we’d love to hear from you.
