We are seeking a Manager of Culinary Product Strategy who will report to the Associate Director, Culinary Innovation and support our Culinary Lab. The Culinary Lab is an agile team that navigates a great deal of ambiguity to turn threads of insights and ideas into real products that we share with customers in order to test specific hypotheses. There’s increased fluidity among constraints and processes to facilitate rapid prototyping and idea refinement, which means scope is often evolving and no task is too small (or too precious) to pick up. The Culinary Lab is nested within the broader Culinary Innovation team.
A successful Manager in this context will be focused on our customers and excited by constantly learning more about them to support the design of product solutions that fit their needs. The Manager will heavily contribute to and facilitate idea generation, testing, and implementation of new products and ways of working. They will stay ahead of food trends and understand how to translate them to our customers. The Manager must be at ease navigating a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. This role is very cross-functional in nature and requires exceptional communication skills.
