**About the Role** Uber is seeking a Head of Culture to develop and execute a culture strategy that shapes and sustains an organizational culture aligned with our mission, values, and strategic priorities. As a key member of the Employee Experience and Culture Team, this leader will be instrumental in ensuring Uber's culture evolves and thrives, driving business outcomes and positioning us as a destination for top talent. This is a hands-on role where you'll both set the strategic vision and execute key initiatives. You'll need to balance big-picture thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves mindset, delivering experiences and solutions that bring Uber's culture to life and position us as a destination for top talent. For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$128,000 per year - USD$142,500 per year. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$128,000 per year - USD$142,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$142,000 per year - USD$158,000 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$128,000 per year - USD$142,500 per year. For Washington, DC-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$142,000 per year - USD$158,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
