Position

Title: Manager, Customer Education

Location: Home/Remote North Carolina 

 

We are seeking a Manager, Customer Education, to lead our customer education team and drive customer success through exceptional training and enablement.

 

What you will do Lead a high-performing team of customer education professionals.Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that prioritizes innovation and continuous improvement.Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Develop and execute a comprehensive customer education strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs.Oversee the entire customer education lifecycle, from onboarding to advanced training.Create and curate high-quality training content, including instructor-led training (ILT), self-paced learning modules, and video tutorials.Leverage Docebo to design and deliver engaging learning experiences tailored to different customer segments and roles.Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.Empower customers to maximize the value of our Observability and Acceleration solutions through effective training and enablement. What makes you an ideal candidate Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, or a related field.7+ years of experience in customer education, training, or a similar role.Proven experience managing and leading teams.Deep understanding of the Networking and Application Performance industry and its challenges.Proficiency in using Docebo or similar LMS platforms.Strong project management and organizational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
