Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Operations Team in the position of Regional Customs Manager.

Main Responsibilities: 

Developing the regional customs strategy and implementing policies and procedures for the customs brokerage productCreating the digital strategy for the customs department and identifying and implement required applications Ensuring timely and accurate completion of all customs paperwork and filings across the region, including compliance to regulatory requirementsAnalysing performance and financial data to ensure a competitive and smooth operation within the customs departmentLeading a team of customs Specialists and Supervisors across multiple locations in EMEADeveloping and maintaining relationships with government agencies and customs authoritiesSupporting Commercial team in bids/RFP by providing information related to customs regulationsPrepare reporting for local management and Senior Leadership

Qualifications and requirements:

Bachelor / Master in Logistics or related field, or equivalent qualificationAt least 10 years of experience in a similar roleProven leadership experienceFluency in English is a mustStrong expertise in customs for different countries across EMEAStrong analytical and organization skills to establish strategic initiativesExcellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbalIntermediate or higher knowledge of MS OfficeStrong knowledge of different customs applications
