You will be part of GDI&A Integrated Services Data and Analytics team. You will lead the charge to build and deliver a data and visualization platform that empowers the FIS organization with actionable insights, key reporting, and advanced analytics to drive the business forward. This ecosystem will be the foundation for data-driven decision making, enabling us to drive the business forward. As a hands-on leader, you'll not only guide and collaborate with key partners and teams, but also directly own and deliver critical workstreams, ensuring this powerful tool becomes an integral part of our daily operations.

You will have

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in a Data-Driven Field: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering , Data science , Computer Science, Mathematics or any relevant quantitative discipline Proven Expertise in Data and Analytics: At least 5 years of progressive experience in roles encompassing data, business intelligence, reporting, and data science. Deep Understanding of Vehicle Subscription Analytics: One year of hands-on experience in vehicle subscription analytics and reporting across diverse subscription domains like BlueCruise, FordPro, and Service. Predictive and Advanced Analytics Proficiency: Experience with predictive modeling (regression, machine learning, model evaluation) and advanced analytics (time series, optimization) to build strategies that drive customer adoption, conversions, and retention. Data Visualization Experience: Experience in designing and building compelling data visualizations to communicate complex insights to a variety of stakeholders. Exposure to AI Technologies: A good understanding of AI technologies, including LLMs and machine learning, to leverage innovative techniques for pattern and anomaly detection, driving further innovation. Business Acumen and Influence: Strong business acumen and a track record of quickly building expertise and credibility within organizations to translate data insights into strategic business decisions.

What you will do

Architect and lead the development of a cutting-edge BI platform, dashboards, and governance framework for the Integrated Services Command Center. This will be the central hub for data-driven insights and decision-making, empowering the FIS team to achieve their strategic goals. Own the Ford Integrated Services reporting and analytics roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights to FIS leadership and business teams.  Lead a talented team of data scientists and analysts to define analytics strategy, gather critical metrics requirements, design compelling dashboards, and consult on data strategy across portfolio and seven individual verticals.  Ensure the availability of key financial and operational metrics for ongoing leadership reporting, including UIO, Revenue, Gross Margin %, Gross Margin, Attach Rate, and ARPPU. Your work will provide a clear and comprehensive view of the FIS business performance. Drive widespread adoption of the IS Command Center among FIS leadership, finance, and operations teams, establishing it as the trusted source of truth for the subscriptions business. Your leadership will ensure the Command Center becomes an integral part of their daily operations. Deliver an exceptional user experience by leveraging the Product Design framework, Design Thinking, and Storytelling with Data principles. You will create intuitive and engaging dashboards that empower users to understand and act on insights. Develop and document a robust support model, including monitoring, SLAs, and business continuity processes for the IS Command Center. You will ensure the platform operates seamlessly and delivers consistent value. Leverage the power of Generative AI to deliver enhanced business value and differentiate the FIS Command Center. You will be at the forefront of innovation, exploring new ways to leverage AI for greater insights and efficiency.
