As an Assistant Manager of Data Analytics in our Operational Excellence team, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our business operations through expert analysis and insights. This position is designed for a strategic thinker with a strong background in data analytics who can independently drive projects and support decision-making processes that align with our company's goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide ongoing reports.Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs.Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.Present data and insights in a clear and compelling manner to help stakeholders make informed decisions.Collaborate with different teams to implement models and monitor outcomes. 

Key Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on product development.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment. 

What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you must…

Proven working experience as a data analyst or business data analyst.Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.Advanced knowledge of statistical tools and databases (SQL, Excel, SPSS, SAS, etc.) and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.), databases (SQL, etc.), and programming (XML, Javascript, or ETL frameworks).
