As the Data Center Manager (DCM), the employee will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of datacenter operations to include, 24x7 staffing, facility infrastructure testing and preventive maintenance, service delivery, quality assurance, adherence to corporate standards and processes, internal and external audits, oversight of all hardware assets within the datacenter (internal and customer assets), and continuous improvement to operations within the datacenter. Requires ability to manage multiple projects at once including coordinating work efforts of internal and external resources as needed. The DCM can provide these functions with minimal direct supervision.

Ability to manage projects/programs from concept development through implementation.Ability to lead and direct the work of others with or without the benefit of a direct reporting relationship.Ability to exercise independent judgment. Must exhibit a wide degree of creativity and latitude.Ability to rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Ability to utilize independent judgment and to support senior managers on operational type projects. Ability to work with personnel at all levels within the organization.Ability to work evenings and weekends as required overseeing critical maintenance activities.Ability to commit to be 'on-call' at all times. Preferred Experience
