Responsibilities

\n\n The DM&AS/Service Manager is responsible for the planning, supervision, and execution of maintenance operations on hardware equipment, providing daily support to the teams on operational and organizational aspects.\n He ensures the availability, performance, and reliability of the hardware infrastructure within the assigned scope.\n He is tasked with setting up the necessary structures to keep the equipment operational, whether by planning preventive maintenance or managing corrective interventions, ensuring that the field teams are well-organized and that the necessary resources are available.\n The DM&AS/Service Manager coordinates the different hardware teams, particularly those working on-site and, in the workshops,\n His role is to ensure that all teams work in a coordinated and efficient manner , ensuring task distribution and communication between the field teams and the workshop teams.\n He acts as a point of contact between the operational teams and other departments, facilitating coordination and exchanges with the various departments of the organization.\n The DM&AS/Service Manager is also the main point of contact for the client regarding on-site operational aspects. He ensures smooth communication with the client, making sure that their needs and expectations are well understood and addressed.\n Incident tracking is part of his mission. He must ensure the quick and efficient resolution of reported problems while collecting and analyzing data related to maintenance operations.\n This data is then used to develop action plans and continuous improvement strategies to enhance the overall performance of operations.\n The DM&AS/Service Manager also plays a key role in reporting: he monitors equipment performance indicators, provides feedback to the Program Manager, and contributes to the drafting of monthly reports.\n He must be able to produce these reports to present them to stakeholders, whether for internal needs or for contractual follow-up with clients.\n\n

Requirements

\n\n A strong knowledge of CMMS tools is essential for a Service Manager in managing maintenance operations. These tools allow for efficient intervention planning, monitoring of equipment performance, optimizing resource usage, and ensuring continuous improvement.\n Mastering CMMS also enables data-driven decision-making, anticipating issues before they affect production.\n A solid understanding of the ITIL framework allows the DM&AS/Service Manager to effectively manage all processes related to IT service delivery and infrastructure maintenance.\n With ITIL, he can structure operations, optimize incident and problem management, ensure rigorous tracking of SLAs, and implement continuous improvements.\n\n

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $89,436 - $116,150.\n
