Role Overview Numerator is looking for a talented and passionate Data Quality area to join our team in our India Vadodara office. The position reports to Vadodara Regional Operations Centre (ROC) Director and you will lead the Data Quality area and help Numerator achieve the business goals of the function area. The person is responsible to coordinate and liaise with stakeholders in Onshore on running the business as usual and driving implementation of operational strategies and ensuring correct and timely deliverables. The Person will be focused on people management and continuously improve Operational processes to make them more efficient, reliable and cost effective. As a member of the Managers team is responsible to work in a team spirit Key Outcomes / Responsibilities: + Lead the team to deliver high-quality work on time. + Work closely with leaders and stakeholders in different locations to manage Data Quality. + Ensure smooth transition of processes to India Centre of Excellence (COE) according to the plan. + Create and deliver advanced reports and dashboards for stakeholders. + Improve team productivity through continuous improvement. + Manage the team using data-driven performance management. + Align team members' performance goals with a data-oriented approach. + Motivate team members based on their performance. + Plan for succession of managers and experts in the team. + Resolve conflicts within the team effectively. + Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to uncover valuable insights and inform strategic decisions. + Be able to suggest the best quality checks considering the use of data that customers make Basic Qualifications: + BE/B.Tech from a reputed university. + 2+ years of management experience in mid-size teams across multiple locations and levels. + Professional proficiency in English. + Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate with diverse audiences. + Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders. + Strong project management and negotiation skills. + Exceptional presentation skills. + Ability to lead and manage organizational change. + Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, R, and PowerBI. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Ability to make sound decisions under pressure. Preferred Qualifications: + Expertise in market research, especially in data quality validation within the FMCG (Fast- Moving Consumer Goods) domain. + Solution-oriented individual with creative thinking. + Experience in managing operations for a team of 10+ associates. + Highly creative individual with a balance of implementation and business knowledge, and excellent ability to communicate concepts and design rationale.
