Manager, Data Visualization & Design

The Data Visualization & Design team is part of our Sales Enablement Team within the NBCU Ad Sales organization. Sales Enablement partners with sales teams to provide concise, consistent and customized messaging to all clients and agencies. RESPONSIBILITIES:   + Responsible for designing RFP response decks in a visually compelling way.  + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver polished materials within a 48-hour period.  + Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast paced matrixed environment ensuring timely delivery and high-quality.  + Uphold brand consistency across all presentations and collateral, ensuring design align with our visual identity and messaging.  + Partner with Marketing & Development on design of show sheets  + Work closely with Insights and Measurement team on design of audience slides and Category Strategy team on category rationale slide design.  + Maintain and keep current the central repository shared asset and collateral resource site for sales teams.  + Promote a highly collaborative culture that challenges norms with a bias to action and speed; support diversity of thought, experience and approaches to solve issues.  + Ensure transparency, collaboration, and communication with stakeholders.  + 3+ years of demonstrable experience in presentation design and work portfolio.   + Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite, specifically PowerPoint and Photoshop  + Excellent understanding of design principles, layout and typography  + Proactive, creative and conceptual thinker  + Detail oriented, self-starter with excellent organization and project management skills.  + Highly adaptable to change and experience in large, matrixed organizations and ability to manage through change.  + Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and interaction with all levels of management.  Additional Requirements: Portfolio Requirement: Applicants must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant work samples as part of their application. Hybrid: This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
