POSITION SUMMARY:
The Manager, Database Administration is responsible for establishing the education platform for all programs and standard operational procedures across the Resorts Marketing business units. The Manager is also responsible for the maintenance, integrity and also the security of the membership database, technical, system and various administrative tasks related to the Resorts Marketing department.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Creates a learning and development platform for Resorts Marketing to include all training, education and developmental programs related to systems.
2. Produces and updates the annual training calendar for Resorts Marketing related to systems.
3. Provides leadership for the Assistant Manager and provide guidance to the others Resorts Marketing personnel to ensure each subunit has the required skills to meet their responsibilities.
4. Maintains and prepares the Departmental Operational Manual and SOP of Resorts Marketing.
5. Establishes the operational procedures for database administration to ensure the membership database is well maintained and accurate.
6. Responsible for supporting the operation team on administrative tasks and system maintenance requests including:
Points Adjustment Higher AmountMaintain of Sales codingResorts Marketing Users access configuration Resorts Marketing comp access levelComp matrix configurationReport generation of the data that need by their Business System configuration & maintenance of Resorts Marketing Systems and Database7. All new system will test and execute well before go-live to the Operations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience
1. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Managerial role within System and Admin gaming industry.
2. Knowledge in membership program
3. Have background in casino system (in term of system and promotion configuration)
Education
Degree holder or higher
