Job Title: Planning Manager

Report to:  Value Stream leader

Scope & objectives

Take lead of planning team to work closely with commercial, customer service & other supporting function to ensure extraordinary customer service, meanwhile balancing inventory level & operation cost with continuous optimization.

Responsibilities & Key Tasks

Establish Target & important metric for team & team members with effective measurement & continuous improvement Define Org structure & individual position design with team & people development planCreate planning training system including training program & training material (LSW, WI, SOP etc) with effective measurement toolLead day to day operation Facilitate demand planning with continuous enhancementDetermine best inventory module/level both on product group & SKU baseMonitor daily supply planning to ensure both quick response to customer with healthy inventory levelMonitor day to day procurement to receiving & customer delivery to eliminate operation level error at planning side.  With quick finding & fix system set up

Monitor change management activities (product phase/in out) & special planning with effective tracking

Drive proactive action to eliminate slow moving stock with effective prevention processCollaborate with supply side & cross function team to continuous enhance supply lead-time & response lead-timeSupport customer service team on stock available visibilitySupport supply chain leader & other functional leader on report & analysisTransformation & continuous enhancementAlign with senior leaders for planning team strategyDeploy & optimize end to end SIOPDefine & priority improvement projects with PPI involvedStudy digitialization & automation opportunity

Education & experience

BS degree or above with major in supply chain, logistic, engineer, trading>8 years experience in planning with >3 years as people manager

Skill

Skill & good knowledge in ERP, CRM Skill & good knowledge in data statistics & analytics  Good at planning, with necessary knowledge in manufacture, logistics & product management python  Good logical with problem solving skillFluent in English both written & oralCommunication & people management skillAdaptability to quick changes and able to work under high pressure
