Creative
The Manager, Design role is responsible for creating outstanding design work for TIAA across multiple touchpoints and audiences. This individual will produce work for both Institutional and Consumer audiences that will be distributed through a range of channels from digital display advertising to brochures and events. The role calls for a designer with the flexibility to create modern social media posts, engaging brochures/flyers, evocative display ads, powerful email headers, clean and powerful PowerPoint slides, and professional event signage.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Execute on creative concepts through design that compels action in its intended audiences
Collaborate with team members creative leadership
Design and update a full spectrum of design projects, including PowerPoint slides
Ensure all project requests are met and effectively prioritized.
Work with offshore team members to ensure seamless project handoff to maximize speed
Manage projects and tasks through WorkFront project management system
Manage design files and assets
