As an Electronic Data Systems Hybrid Fiber Coax Design Manager, your focus is leading teams of supervisors and OSP Designers responsible for administering company-wide standards. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM

Required Qualifications

Experience: Leadership: 2 years, Relevant work: 5 years design experienceTechnical Skills: Experinece working with Magllan, MQMS, ExcelEducation: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience  Schedule: Ability to work a variety of schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays Language: Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English 


Preferred Qualifications 

Technical Skills: Ability to evaluate network architectures based on key criteria.  Skills: Communication, collaboration, project management, leadership, multitasking, and problem solving Knowledge of: OSP Design, specifically HFC Architecture and Design requirements relating to HFC Architecture and Passive Optical Networks
