Job Summary** Directs the efforts of a team in the design, development, implementation, and support of various information technology/systems applications and/or projects. **II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by department. + Works closely with the business owners to determine and prioritize business needs. + Plans initiatives and projects, establishes priorities and monitors progress. + Leads as a functional expert. + Collaborates with cross-functional teams for innovating, identifying opportunities, implementing and maintaining digital solutions. + Leads a team of high performing Digital teams. Establishes and communicates common goal and direction for the team. + Reports progress on digital initiatives. + Coordinates and oversees career development and performance management. + Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels within the organization. + Estimates and manages budget. + Builds relationships with external partners for collectively delivering outcomes. + Develops and maintains a strong understanding of the WM values. **III. Supervisory Responsibilities** The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is management of supervisory employees. This includes: + Direct supervision of full-time employees including team leads and individual contributors. **IV. Qualifications** The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job. A. Education and Experience Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four (4) years of relevant work experience. Experience: Six (6) years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement). B. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations or Other Requirements None required. C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required May require in depth skills in one or more of the following: PeopleSoft HRMS, ERP implementation and support, large-scale data centers, application development projects, application testing, analytical skills, general IT knowledge, and project management. **V.
