For our E-commerce Analytics Program, we’re committed to building a customer-oriented team that delivers seamless experiences through thoughtful analytics, user-centered design, strong implementation, and a test-and-iterate culture. **In this position...** We have an opportunity for a Digital Analytics Manager in the Digital Ecommerce space. You will be responsible for generating insights, measuring KPIs, and delivering data-driven recommendations to improve the customer experience and drive revenue growth. You will lead our strategic thinking on scaling our e-commerce business through reporting automation, actionable insights and with launching product expansions. You should bring experience with web analytics tools, querying large data sets, and translating them into insights to drive business actions utilizing Adobe Analytics, SQL, data visualization, and working cross-functionally with experimentation teams. Lead efforts to evolve our insight-gathering, analysis, and reporting functions across all aspects of our eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate is visionary, attentive, and adaptable, capable of problem-solving within complex systems and collaborating with senior leadership to make data-driven decisions. In addition, onsite work of up to three days per week may be required for candidates within commuting distance of a Ford hub location. **What you'll do...** + Lead the development and execution of the digital analytics strategy to drive business growth and improve customer experience + Develop scalable next-generation reporting solutions to enhance data-driven decision-making and support business growth + Generate actionable insights from data analysis and partner with experimentation teams to design and measure A/B tests and other experiments + Develop and maintain KPI dashboards and reports for various stakeholders utilizing tools like Power BI and Adobe clickstream to create comprehensive and insightful reports + Work cross-functionally with teams like digital product, marketing, content, and engineering to maximize the effectiveness of the site analytics program + Track and measure customer journey and touchpoints, report on KPI goals, and advise on performance improvement + Influence data collection strategies to support reporting on key performance indicators that directly measure lifecycle program effectiveness and contribution to the business + Use analytics and partner with the Digital Product Owners to advise on site enhancements and roadmap initiatives + Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across multiple platforms and data sources + Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in product analytics and data visualization **You'll have...** + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Engineering, or related field or a combination of education and equivalent work experience + 5 + years of experience in web analytics or digital marketing + 2+ years of hands-on expertise in web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google + 2+ years of experience in developing/maintaining analytics dashboards, developing/maintaining reporting tools to build self-serve reports and ad-hoc packages, and managing data flow, filters, and workflows + 2+ years utilizing SQL and visualization tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI or Tableau **Even better, you may have…** + Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Engineering, or related field + Understanding of A/B and multivariate testing techniques and measurements + Ability to derive key insights from the data and articulate them to cross-functional teams in the context of business challenges + Prior experience on customer-facing websites + Understanding of user behaviors on automotive OEM eCommerce experiences + Able to manage time effectively within a complex environment, and always remain composed in the event of conflicting priorities + Inquisitive, proactive, and interested in learning new tools and techniques + Evidence of strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to interpret complex data sets and generate insights to build and tell a story + Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment + Excellent organizational and project management skills; organized with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, work quickly, and to tight deadlines + Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment + Passion for customer experience and continuous improvement You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
