Enjoy our market-competitive pay, comprehensive benefits package, well-being programs, and career development opportunities. **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** + To develop new programs to support the web strategic direction of the Digital Customer Experience (DCX) organization. + To develop and implement tools, controls, processes, and procedures needed to support DCX and Business Groups. + To ensure that customer needs are met on a timely and accurate basis. + To set customer expectations and proactively manage, plan, and organize project and account scope toward overall business plans and strategic goals. + To provide overall business direction and long-term strategy. + To meet with team members regularly to review individual performance, provide feedback and coaching, and develop other developmental, training, and career progression plans to ensure the success of the individuals within the team. + To participate in goals-roll-down processes, propose activities, and set quarterly and yearly directions for the teams. **Who You Are:** You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You deliver solutions that meet customer expectations. You formulate a clear strategy and map aggressive steps that will accelerate the organization toward its goals.
